House Rules
Dear Guests, you are welcome. Here are some instructions to make your stay more pleasant and easy during your stay at our property:
The reservation is formalized upon receipt of the balance of the stay before check-in. No refund, even partial, will be due after check-in. The agreed security deposit will be returned after check-out after checking the condition of the property and the objects contained therein: in the event of breakages, deficiencies or in the event that the state of the property upon departure indicates the need for extra cleaning beyond the normal and decent use of the premises, their cost will be deducted from the deposit.
All guests are required to provide their personal details to the reception for the fulfillment of the bureaucratic registration obligations.
Respect the environments in which you are welcomed. In the event of breakages, damages etc. Please inform the reception manager promptly.
Bath towels cannot be used for sunbathing.
Do not throw cotton wool, sanitary towels or foreign bodies into the toilet.
Be careful when lighting fires and respect the periods when burning is prohibited. Do not make noises that could disturb other guests: the quiet hours are set from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
If you want to invite friends, you must inform the owner.
Leave the room where you are welcomed free on the morning of checkout by 11:30 a.m.
Do not leave lights and other appliances on when you leave. Do not leave valuables unattended in the rooms of the farmhouse.
Close the gate when you leave.

Regulations for pet owners
Here are four small rules, respecting others and the environments that welcome you, in order to guarantee a pleasant holiday for everyone.
Pets are allowed, the cost includes a supplement of €10/day/pet.
It is forbidden to leave the dog free and unattended in the communal garden, someone could be scared.
A maximum of 2 medium/small sized pets are allowed per apartment, one if large.
It is forbidden to allow your dog to do its business in the communal garden, we urge you to accompany it outside the fence and in any case to pick up the excrement.
It is forbidden to let it climb on beds and/or sofas
Avoid leaving your dog unattended inside the living areas, it could whine and bark, disturbing the other guests.

Pool Regulations
Users are required to respect the following rules:
Diving is prohibited
It is recommended not to get wet if three hours have not passed since eating a meal
It is mandatory to use rubber slippers on the barefoot paths
It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap, take a shower and go through the foot bath before entering the pool
It is forbidden to bring animals
Access to the pool is permitted from 8.00 to 22.00
There is no LIFEGUARD
Access is prohibited to minors unless accompanied
In case of adverse weather conditions (storms, strong winds, etc.), it is prohibited to access the pool area
For any eventuality and to activate an alarm, refer to the reception manager
It is strictly forbidden to bring bottles or other glass containers into the pool
The use of the pool is permitted exclusively to guests of the farmhouse
Guests are required to maintain appropriate and appropriate behavior in respect of other people present
Guests are asked not to leave wallets and personal items unattended.
Do not approach the pool if it is closed or protected by a sheet.
The management declines all responsibility for failure to comply with the rules indicated in this regulation
Guests who do not comply with this regulation will be kindly removed from the pool.
